Graffiti Art at the "other" Pope/Chaucer Bridge

The "other" Pope/Chaucer style bridge is at Middlefield Road. It's easy to visit the Middlefield Road Bridge and Graffiti "Art Gallery" via a very short walk from the creek-channel access point opposite 609 Woodland Avenue.  The JPA estimates that the Middlefield Road Bridge has an estimated capacity of 6,700 cubic feet per second (the estimated 100-year flood event is 9,300 cfs).  The JPA estimates the University Avenue Bridge to have a capacity of 6,800 cfs. There are no plans to replace these two bridges as part of the JPA's proposed plan.
